Recently, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 46 of 2025, deciding to implement provisional anti-dumping measures on imported pork and pig by-products originating from the European Union starting from September 10, 2025. At the same time, it clearly defined the specific scope of goods subject to provisional anti-dumping measures and the corresponding margin ratio. In accordance with the provisions of the anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, in order to implement the above-mentioned provisional anti-dumping measures, an announcement is hereby made regarding the requirements for the declaration of relevant commodity numbers.
