In the first half of the year, the shipment volume of Zhejiang-Europe freight train increased by 11.1% year-on-year

Recently, a "Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe" China-Europe freight train (Yiwu-Madrid) fully loaded with 110 TEUs of daily necessities, auto parts, textiles and clothing and other small commodities departed from the Yiwu Railway Port Freight Yard in Zhejiang Province, heading for Madrid, Spain. On the same day, a China-Europe freight train fully loaded with local products such as solar panels, hardware tools and small sundries departed from Jinhua South Railway Station after customs supervision, heading for Europe. According to statistics from Hangzhou Customs, the Zhejiang China-Europe Railway Express (Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe) has dispatched a total of 131,000 TEUs of containers in the first half of this year, representing a year-on-year increase of 11.1%.

Up to now, Zhejiang China-Europe Railway Express (Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe) has 26 stable cross-border transportation routes, covering more than 50 countries and over 160 cities in Eurasia. The volume of goods dispatched has maintained a stable growth trend. To ensure the continuous growth of the types and quantities of goods transported by the China-Europe Railway Express, Hangzhou Customs has been constantly promoting facilitation measures such as "Railway Express" and "Direct Loading upon arrival", and at the same time opening a "green channel" for the China-Europe Railway Express, implementing "7× 24-hour" appointment-based customs clearance, and achieving "immediate inspection upon arrival" and "immediate release upon inspection" for the trains, making every effort to guarantee the efficient customs clearance of the goods on the trains.
