According to Announcement No. 83 [2025] of the GACC, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Commerce and State Taxation Administration (Announcement on Adjusting Relevant Management Measures for Special Customs Supervision Areas, Bonded Supervision Sites and Off-site Processing Trade), in order to implement tariff quota management, trade relief measures, suspension of tariff concession obligations, Tariff increase measures, management requirements for goods such as tariff increase measures implemented to collect retaliatory tariffs, and clarify the filling specifications of documents such as handbooks (account books) and bonded verification lists. The relevant matters are hereby announced.
