To prevent plant epidemics and the introduction of alien species, and to protect China's agricultural production and ecological security, the General Administration of Customs has revised the phytosanitary requirements for the entry of plant-based fertilizers in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and international standards for phytosanitary measures, and has formulated the "Phytosanitary Requirements for the Entry of Plant-based Fertilizers (Revised in 2025)", which is hereby announced.
