The 7th China-CEEC Customs Inspection and Quarantine Cooperation Dialogue was held in 22nd, May in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province.

According to data released by the GACC, 126 agricultural and food products from 14 Central and Eastern European countries have gained access to the Chinese market so far, alongside a total of 3,430 registered overseas agricultural enterprises.

The continuous expansion of agricultural and food product imports has driven the stable development of foreign trade between China and CEEC. In 2024, the bilateral trade volume between China and CEEC reached USD 142.27 billion, marking a 6.3% year-on-year increase. This growth rate surpassed China's overall import-export growth by 2.5 percentage points, demonstrating robust development momentum. In the first four months of this year, China's import and export trade with CEEC reached RMB 329.68 billion, an increase of 5.6% year-on-year, setting a new record for the same period.
