According to Announcement No. 9 of 2026 issued by the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration (Announcement on Certain Matters Concerning the Specific Scope of VAT Collection), based on the "Annotation on the Scope of Goods Subject to a 9% VAT Rate", in order to effectively manage the collection of VAT at the import stage, the General Administration of Customs has compiled the "Table of Corresponding Customs Goods Codes for Non-Complete Tax Items Subject to a 9% Import VAT Rate", and it is hereby announced.
