In light of operational requirements, it is hereby resolved to repeal the Administrative Measures for the Quarantine of Imported Growing Media (originally promulgated by Order No. 13 of the former China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau on December 9, 1999), as subsequently amended by Order No. 196 of the former AQSIQ on March 6, 2018, and GACC Orders No. 238 (April 28, 2018), No. 240 (May 29, 2018), and No. 243 (November 23, 2018).
