Pursuant to the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine, the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection, and the Administrative Regulations of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Goods Declaration, this Announcement is issued to further optimize pre-declaration inspection and quarantine supervision for export goods (excluding administrative licensing matters) and standardize related application procedures.
