List of Classification Decisions on Invalid Commodities

In accordance with Article 22 of the "Provisions of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China about the Administration of Commodity Classification for Imported and Exported Goods" (Decree No. 252 of the General Administration of Customs), which states, “When there are changes in the laws, administrative regulations, or other relevant regulations that form the basis for a commodity classification decision, such a decision becomes invalid simultaneously”. The decision on commodity classification is hereby issued as invalidated due to the adjustment of tariff lines and other reasons.
