| 1. For non-edible animal products not included in the list, the quarantine entry procedures (including product risk analysis, supervision system evaluation and review, determination of inspection and quarantine requirements and overseas production enterprises registration) shall be completed in accordance with the "Measures for the Inspection and Quarantine Supervision and Administration of Entry Non-edible Animal Products" (formerly AQSIQ No. 159 Decree and General Administration of Customs No. 240 Decree). The grey leather and pickled skin in the list are only allowed to be imported after the General Administration of Customs issues the relevant sanitary certificate samples. | ||
| 2. For products required the registration of overseas production and processing enterprises, the products listed in this list are all traditional trade products. Before completing the registration of overseas production and processing enterprises, they can still be imported normally; after completing the registration of overseas production and processing enterprises, only importing from registered enterprises is allowed. | ||
