Description of content: The draft Regulation introduces new measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Xylella fastidiosa (Wells et al.). It repeals current Decision (EU) 2015/789. Chapter VIII of the draft Regulation sets up updated measures for the introduction into the Union of host plants.
