I Registration of electronic account book of a processing trade enterprise
1. Operation procedures
Preparation of relevant documents by the enterprise → approval by the Management Committee → Customs acceptance of the documents → three-level approval —→ registration of electronic account book
2. Documents to be submitted
(1) Registration Application Form for Export Processing Zone;
(2) Certificate of Production Capacity of the Processing Enterprise Involved in Processing Trade;
(3) Checklist of Imported Materials and Parts for Registration Application, Checklist of Imported Equipment for Registration, Checklist of Exported Finished Products for Registration, and Application Form for Unit Consumption Registration;
(4) Approval for Processing Trade in Export Processing Zone
II Alteration of the electronic account book
1. Operation procedures
Preparation of relevant documents by the enterprise → approval by the Management Committee → Customs acceptance of the documents → two-level approval → alteration of electronic account book
2. Documents to be submitted
(1) Application Form for Alteration of Export Processing Zone;
(2) Application Form for Alteration of Import Materials and Parts, Application Form for Alteration of Import Equipment, Application Form for Alteration of Export Finished Products, and Application Form for Unit Consumption Registration;
(3) Approval for Processing Trade in Export Processing Zone
Ⅲ Verification and write-off of the electronic account book
1. Pre-application for verification and write-off
(1) Operation procedures
Preparation of relevant documents by the enterprise → Customs acceptance of the documents → three-level approval → pre-application for verification and write-off
(2) Documents to be submitted
Application Form of Pre-application for Verification and Write-off, and original registration checklist of import and export goods within the verification and write-off period.
2. Formal application for verification and write-off
(1) Operation procedures
Preparation of relevant materials by the enterprise → acceptance of documents by the Customs → field check in the factory (if a Customs deems necessary) → three-level approval → verification and write-off by the Customs
(2) Documents to be submitted:
Application Form for Verification and Write-off of Electronic Account Book;
Detailed List of Import and Export;
Verification, Write-off and Accounting Table for Materials and Parts under Electronic Account Book for Verification and Write-off;
Verification, Write-off and Accounting Table for Finished Products under Electronic Account Book for Verification and Write-off;
Registration Form of Declared Quantity of Remaining Materials in Current Period in the Electronic Account Book;
Registration Form of Waste Materials in Current Period in the Electronic Account Book;
Other documents required by the Customs.
