1. Filing of export food manufacturers
Enterprises of aquatic products for export shall file with the local customs office.
The competent customs of the manufacturer shall review the applicant's declaration information, and if the materials are complete and meet the statutory conditions, it shall be filed and issued a Certificate of Filing of Export Food Producers, which will be valid for a long time.

2. Filing of export food raw material farms/bases
The GACC manages the registration of raw material farms for exported aquatic products.
The customs where the farm is located will review the declaration information submitted by the applicant through the international trade "single window" or "Internet + Customs", and if it meets the conditions, it will be filed.
The GACC will then publish a unified information of registered export aquatic product raw material farms. Enterprises can check the filing status through the official website of the Enterprise Management and Inspection Department of the GACC.

3. Enterprise declaration
Export food manufacturers and exporters should declare through China International Trade Single Window in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the GACC, and submit an application for pre-export declaration supervision to the customs where the manufacturer is located. The declaration information must be filled out truthfully one by one.
4. Local inspection
The customs at the place of origin or assembly is responsible for conducting local inspections on exported aquatic products. In accordance with the inspection content and requirements and control instructions specified in relevant regulatory documents, they will conduct on-site inspections and supervisory sampling of exported aquatic products. Those that meet the requirements will be allowed to export.
5. Inspection at port
The port customs will conduct inspections on exported abalone products at the port in accordance with relevant regulations and control instructions. The inspection includes the following contents: checking whether the name, mark, label, batch number, quantity and weight, specifications, and transportation packaging information of the goods are consistent; whether they have exceeded the validity period; whether the packaging of the goods is intact; and inspecting items with clear requirements. Those that fail the inspection will not be exported.
6. Basic requirements for enterprises exporting abalone products
Enterprises of aquatic products for export should fulfill their primary responsibilities as stipulated by law, ensuring proper quality, safety, and hygiene management of raw materials, excipients, food additives, and food-related products. Additionally, the use of food additives should strictly adhere to legal regulations.
Enterprises of aquatic products for export should establish and maintain a traceable food safety and hygiene management system to guarantee its effective operation in accordance with relevant standards.
Manufacturers of exported food should establish a supplier evaluation system, incoming inspection record system, production record system, delivery inspection record system, traceability system of exported food, and disposal system of unqualified food.
Enterprises of aquatic products for export should establish and effectively implement a product recall system to ensure that timely warnings are issued when safety, health and quality problems occur in the products shipped out of the factory, and recall them when necessary.
