On May 15, 2023, in order to implement the spirit of the 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, support the high-quality development of bonded warehouses and export-supervised warehouses, and improve relevant requirements for spot check of import and export commodities, GACC decided to amend the 3 regulations of the Provisions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Bonded Warehouses and Warehoused Goods, the Administrative Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on Export-supervised Warehouses and Warehoused Goods, and the Administrative Measures on Spot Check of Import and Export Commodities.
