Description of content: The draft legal act amends the consolidates the EU measures regarding import and internal movement requirements for Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky) Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) in the Annexes of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072. It amends the scope of host plants subject to measures and establishes the list of countries where the pests are present.
