SPS Notification: Draft Commission Regulation amending Regulation (EU) No 231/2012 as regards specifications for mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E 471) G/SPS/N/EU/632/Add.1

Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E 471)

The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/632 (24 April 2023) is now adopted by Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1428 of 7 July 2023 amending the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 231/2012 as regards mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E 471) (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 175, 10.7.2023, p. 6].

The Regulation shall apply from 30 July 2023.
