In order to implement the decisions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to further comprehensively deepen reform, while effectively safeguarding the security of national borders and facilitating trade, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) has decided to launch a pilot program to reform and optimize the "two-step declaration" customs clearance model for imported goods. An announcement is now issued on the relevant matters.
