I. About Filing
(I) Login Method
Enterprises can access through the China International Trade Single Window standard edition, under "Business Applications-Application of Standard Version-Enterprise Qualification". Or visit through the "Internet+Customs" Integrated Online Service Platform, "Enterprise Management and Inspection-Filing of Consignees and Consignors of Imported and Exported Goods/Filing of Customs Declaration Enterprises".
In the pilot areas, after the enterprise enters the administrative division and selects the local customs, a prompt will automatically pop up, directing to a new interface for subsequent operations. Enterprises that register as market entities for the first time may apply for filing with customs declaration entities through the channel of "multiple certificates in one".
(II) Customs Filing
For information entry, click "Enterprise Qualification-Qualification Filing-Filing Application-Select the Customs Declaration Entity and Related Qualifications" in sequence. Enterprises can select the type of qualification for filing according to their needs. Multiple selections are supported, allowing multiple qualifications to be filed at once. There is a mutual exclusion check among different qualifications. Please select the types of qualifications that can be filed simultaneously based on the prompt information and click the [OK] button at the bottom to proceed to the information entry page for record filing. Subsequently, enter the enterprise's basic information, management personnel information, investor information, customs declaration personnel information, and annex information, respectively.

1. The contact's landline or mobile phone number is a mandatory field, with one of the two required, while that in the previous version of the filing application is not mandatory.
2. Management personnel information is a mandatory field, while that in the previous version of the filing application is not mandatory. The change application is mandatory.
3. The items "Filing Changes" and "Filing Cancellation" are allowed to be operated by users without a card, while those in the previous version are allowed to be operated by users with a card only.
II. About Changes
Enterprises log into the China International Trade Single Window standard version and click "Change Application" under "Qualification Filing". In the pilot areas, a prompt will automatically pop up, redirecting to a new interface. Select the type of qualification you want to change and click "Change" to perform relevant actions. After filling out the change information, enterprises can temporarily save and submit it.
It should be noted that where the information stated in the Information Form for Recordation of Customs Declaration Entities, such as the name, market entity type, domicile (main place of business), legal representative (person in charge), and customs declaration personnel of the customs declaration entity, is changed, the customs declaration entity shall apply to the local customs for change within 30 days from the date of the change.
