Proposed date of entry into force: 12 months after approval.

From the date of implementation of this GB standard, front position lamps, rear position lamps, stop lamps, direction-indicator lamps, reversing lamps and rear-registration plate illuminating devices newly applied for type approval shall comply with this GB standard.

For front position lamps, rear position lamps, stop lamps, direction-indicator lamps, reversing lamps and rear-registration plate illuminating devices that have passed type inspections, it will be implemented from the 13th month after the implementation date of this GB standard.

For vehicle models that newly apply for type approval, it will be implemented from the 13th month after the implementation date of this GB standard.

For vehicle models that have obtained type approval, it will be implemented from the 13th month after the implementation date of this GB standard.
