Tahov stated that the China-CEEC Expo has consistently acted as a "barometer" for China-Bulgaria trade. In recent years, various Bulgarian-made products such as rose-based items, yogurt, and wine have entered the Chinese market, gaining increasing popularity among Chinese consumers. The growing presence of Bulgarian goods in the Chinese market highlights the accelerating development of economic and trade relations between the two countries.

He also disclosed that, to facilitate smoother market access for Chinese and Bulgarian goods, he has reached an agreement with relevant Chinese governmental departments and signed corresponding cooperation agreements. He is confident that this Expo will enable more Bulgarian companies to enter the Chinese market. The Bulgarian government will provide strong support for Chinese and Bulgarian enterprises in areas such as customs clearance and quarantine standards while implementing robust policies to eliminate concerns of businesses on both sides.
