In accordance with the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items and Technologies of the People's Republic of China", and the Order No. 29 of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs of 2005 (the "Measures for the Administration of the Import and Export of Dual-Use Items and Technologies"), as well as the "List of Dual-Use Items and Technologies Export Control of the People's Republic of China" and the "Customs Tariff of the People's Republic of China for 2026", the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs have adjusted the "Catalogue of Dual-Use Items and Technologies Import and Export License Management".
