According to the customs preferential measure of "domestic section freight reduction for return of China-Europe Railway Express", the domestic transportation costs, related expenses, and insurance fees for imported goods on China-Europe Railway Express are exempt from inclusion in the taxable value of the goods. However, separately itemized or objectively quantifiable apportioned domestic freight charges need to be provided.
