In order to strengthen the quarantine defense at the port and ensure biological safety of our country, according to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Frontier Health and Quarantine and the detailed rules for its implementation, the risks of biological safety of special items such as microorganisms, human tissues, biological products, blood and blood products are relatively high, therefore the transit is prohibited.
This Notification shall come into formal enforcement as of the date of promulgation.
