In accordance with the "Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Import and Export of Goods of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Administration of Ozone-Depleting Substances", "Measures for the Administration of Import Licenses", "Measures for the Import and Export of Ozone-Depleting Substances", "Measures for the Administration of Import of Mechanical and Electrical Products", "Measures for the Import of Key Used Mechanical and Electrical Products", etc., the "Import License Management Goods Catalog (2026)" is hereby published and shall come into effect on January 1, 2026. The announcements of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs No. 66 of 2024 are simultaneously repealed.
