Weiyuan International Trade Co., Ltd. in the China-CEEC SME Cooperation Zone in Cangzhou is responsible for the construction and operation of this bonded warehouse under remote video supervision by the customs. LYU Peng'an, head of the company, says, "Since 2016, we have been engaged in importing featured products from Central and Eastern European countries. With the increasing business volume year by year, we are under great pressure of capital occupation. We have an urgent need for a bonded warehouse."
LYU Peng'an speaks out the aspirations of the enterprises in the cooperation zone. In order to support the expansion of the bonded functions of the China-CEEC SME Cooperation Zone in Cangzhou, Huanghua Port Customs has set up a special working group to actively connect with the enterprises in the zone, publicize policies based on site construction, regional planning and video surveillance settings, and follow up and promote the links such as bonded warehouse establishment, account book approval, goods entry into the zone and system debugging. In July 2023, the bonded warehouse was accepted by the customs and put into operation, filling the gap of the bonded function of the cooperation zone.
"Under the guidance of Huanghua Port Customs, our bonded warehouse management system has been connected to the supervision information platform of the customs this year to realize information interaction. The customs' daily inspection and inventory check can be carried out through the platform, which improves the efficiency of goods entry and delivery," said LYU.
On the basis of helping enterprises make good use of the convenient customs clearance measures such as "advance declaration", "paperless customs clearance" and "centralized declaration", Huanghua Port Customs has integrated the bonded warehouse management system of enterprises into the Full-chain Supervision Information Platform of Huanghua Port Customs, which intelligently displays goods entry and delivery, storage location and other information. This helps the customs grasp the entry, delivery, transfer, storage and sale of the goods in real time, and integrate customs supervision into the logistics, production and operation of enterprises to realize compliance supervision.
