Recommendation

Registered enterprises for overseas production, processing and storage of animal products shall be recommended to the General Administration of Customs after passing the examination by the competent authorities of the exporting countries or regions.

Examination

The General Administration of Customs shall examine the recommended materials, and assign experts to the exporting country or region to inspect and evaluate the enterprises applying for registration when necessary after negotiating with the competent departments of the exporting country or region.

Registration

Overseas production, processing and storage enterprises that have passed the examination shall be registered, otherwise they shall not be registered.
